Does 1 intention receive a whole lot more grace if a Rosary is prayed solely for that intention, as opposed to praying a Rosary for multiple intentions?

Hi Melanie,
Grace is what God gives us to make us His friends. An intention (eg "I pray that I pass my exam") isn't the recipient of grace.
Perhaps you meant to ask if an intention gains more favour from God if it is prayed for alone?
The simple answer is that we don't know, nor do we control, how God allocates merit for the good works we offer Him for various intentions.
Take for example the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. It is the greatest possible act of adoration we can give to God (since it is the offering of Christ Himself to the Father), yet if we offer a Mass (or even many masses) for a given intention we do not always have our petitions granted. This isn't because the Mass was somehow deficient, but because God, in His wisdom, allocated the merit in ways we do not see or understand in the present life.
Same deal with the Holy Rosary.
While you are at it, include my family and I in your intentions :)

Hi David,
Thanks for that.
So would it be silly to pray a Rosary for 1 intention, and then another Rosary for all other intentions?
Your request will be granted :)
God bless

Saying more prayers is never silly.
God bless you.

There is nothing silly about it as David said, but it isn't necessary to follow that procedure or method to ask your intentions.

Some years back I was outside St. Charbel's church in Punchbowl, NSW when a good friend walked out of the Church. I asked him what he was doing and he told me he'd just done 2 holy hours for some friends.
"Did you do one for me?" I asked teasingly.
"No, but I will right now," he said as he turned on his heels and went back into the church.
I realised then and there that some people are way (WAY) more pious and prayerful than me.

Hi Carlabesh,
It is the mystery that we are meant to be meditating on.
Think about it like this: Our aim is to always grow in our love for God, regardless of all else. If my intention is for something trivial, like wanting my favourite football team to win on the weekend, or if it is for something more grave, like for a loved one who is in danger of death or a friend who is in obstinate mortal sin, overarching above all of these is that we grow in our love of God and conformity to His will.
God loves us and wants to give us not just a good thing but THE good thing - Himself. All prayer then has as its primary goal conformity to God's will, and hence what is the focus - what we meditate upon - are those things that lead us into contemplation of God.
