Timing Out

Every time I am logged in after about half an hour my account "Times Out" and I have to log back in again. My internet connection is pretty solid so I doubt it has anything to do with that??

What error do you receive? Is it from Internet Explorer or from the forum itself? Are you using your home broadband connection?

I am using the Broadband connection In the hotel. While I am in my account I will try and send a reply I have just typed up and sometimes it will say that you don't have authorisation to do this task you must log in first. And I would then have to re log in?

Hey Kevin,

Can you please check the privacy settings on you browser...if you browser privacy setting is set to 'high', it could restrict the creation of cookies which will, in turn log you out as you browser refreshes (with permission to write to your browser cache, the site can't store you user/pass)
