Why doesn't God love us equally ?

Because we do not all correspond to His gifts equally.
God loves everyone, no doubt, even the devil himself. However, we are more than our nature. We are also who we are as people - the result of the free will decisions we have made. The devil's free will decisions obviously put more distance between himself and God than Our Lady's decision to serve God.
