Why cant I post a comment on someone else's blog sometimes?

Can someone help with directions?

My blog is really sensitive and cries if people post negative comments. Maybe that's it?

I think that there is a setting where one can block comments on their blogs.

Yes Jenny, there is. When ppl post blogs, they have an option to restrict comments - but you can always post on the members TCF wall and let him or her know your thoughts:)
