Both Victorian couples claim they would have aborted the babies had they been aware of their condition and are seeking compensation.
Love has conditions, just like truth has conditions in today's world
Thank you Victoria for legalising abortion up till 24 weeks.
It is quite unbelievable the lack of love parents show to their babies.
Side note, what is ante-natal screening ?

Side note, what is ante-natal screening ?
An expectant mother will go in for ultrasounds and other tests periodically to monitor the baby's growth and development. Typically these are done at six to eight weeks, 12 weeks, 18 weeks, 24 weeks, etc., all the way up to week 39 or 40. Antenatal screening is executed to look out for potential problems either during the pregnancy or problems that could result after the child is born.

Not all ante-natal screening is for the wrong reasons either. One of the things they check for is diaphragmatic hernia, which can be operated on saving the baby's life.
There are other things they check for and not all of them necessarily pointing to abortion as the only out.
I wonder if I could sue the families for having abortions because they robbed me of the chance to adopt their unwanted children?

I just had to butt in here,
As a midwife, Antenatal screening is a test performed via blood test, to check for neural tube defect and downs syndrome. If it was high then it was ntd and if low ds.
it has been expanded to test for any thing else that can be considered not condusive? to 'normal'.
This so gets my back up, I am steaming atm. Can't you see the post steaming LOL.....
I am a huge believer in natural pregnancy and birth- expect of course where there is obvious need for intervention.
The tests were originally at the same time as the first ultasound- 17- 19 wks, but as you all are aware, Drs have lost there hands and there skills and there bottle and ultrasound everything that moves. Actually, its much too often.
This way the drs canbe assured they won't get sued.
Its an absolute crying shame thats it come to this.
